General Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Melissa Miri. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Company Name<\/strong>: Melissa Miri<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>: melissamirimail@gmail.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>2. Appointments and Bookings<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All therapy sessions are by appointment only and can be booked online via https:\/\/www.melissamiri.com or by https:\/\/melissa-miri-25263.planway.com.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email upon successful booking.<\/li>\n<li>Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. If under 18, parental consent is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>3. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment must be made in full before each session unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/li>\n<li>Payment must be made within 24 hours after making your booking in order for the booking to be finally confirmed.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, paypal and MobilePay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>4. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to <strong>24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made less than <strong>24 hours<\/strong> in advance or missed sessions will be charged at the full rate.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations must be made via melissamirimail@gmail.com, and a confirmation of the cancellation will be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal (Forbrugeraftaleloven)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Under Danish law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for services within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of booking.<\/li>\n<li>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Melissa Miri in writing via email at melissamirimail@gmail.com.<\/li>\n<li>If the session has been completed or partially performed within the 14-day period at your request, the right to withdraw no longer applies, and no refund will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>6. Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The services provided by Melissa Miri are for therapeutic purposes only and do not replace medical or psychiatric advice.<\/li>\n<li>By engaging in therapy, you acknowledge that Melissa Miri is not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the therapy provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Melissa Miri shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the therapy session in question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Melissa Miri reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via https:\/\/melissamiri.com.<\/li>\n<li>Continued use of services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>10.
