Think about it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>What if the Solution is Not in Your Head &#8211; But the Problem is Not in Your Body?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s be real. You\u2019ve tried. Maybe even really damn hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ve read the books, journaled your inner child to death, built the routines, burned the sage, eaten the damn kale. You meditate. You cold plunge. You\u2019ve turned your entire life into one big self-healing project \u2014 and still\u2026 something\u2019s off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are good days. But also the not-so-good ones. Where you find yourself looping. Back in the same thoughts. Same patterns. Same body symptoms. You\u2019ve maybe even swapped out one coping mechanism for another \u2014 now it\u2019s not cigarettes, it\u2019s oat milk lattes. Not parties, but 6 episodes of a show you didn\u2019t even like. Not chaos, but clean girl discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You do the things. Structure. Movement. Breathwork. Friends. Gratitude. All of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet. Deep down, there\u2019s this thing. A tension. A hum. A pull. You can\u2019t name it, but it lives in your chest. Or in your gut. Or behind your eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The doctor says you\u2019re fine. Your bloodwork looks amazing. You\u2019re functioning \u2014 on paper, at least. So eventually you go: \u201cWell\u2026 maybe this is just how I am.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But what if it\u2019s not?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What if your body isn\u2019t malfunctioning, but protecting? What if your \u201cprocrastination\u201d is really your nervous system going: <em>nope, not safe<\/em>?<br>What if your \u201clow energy\u201d isn\u2019t laziness but your body hitting the brakes before it completely loses it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know. It sounds dramatic. But here\u2019s the thing \u2014 your body is dramatic. It\u2019s also smart as hell. And it doesn\u2019t do random. It does survival. Every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Let\u2019s zoom in.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You want to go for a run. Or launch something. Or just be a little bit more <em>you<\/em>. Suddenly: resistance. Tightness. Thoughts like \u201cthis is too much,\u201d or \u201cwho even cares,\u201d or \u201cI\u2019m not ready.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that\u2019s not you being unmotivated. That\u2019s your body protecting you from the domino effect. Because if you do the thing \u2014 the run, the post, the scary dream \u2014 you might grow. And if you grow, you might be seen. And if you\u2019re seen, well\u2026 cue ancient panic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because somewhere in you, being seen = not safe.<br>Being powerful = risky.<br>Being your whole self = <em>absolutely not, thank you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So your body says: \u201cLet\u2019s just keep it chill. Let\u2019s have a snack. Or a nap. Or a headache. Or overthink the situation so hard you cancel it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because you\u2019re broken.<br>But because your nervous system is convinced it\u2019s doing its job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here\u2019s the annoying part: it\u2019s kind of right.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It learned those rules when you were tiny. When love and safety weren\u2019t guaranteed. When \u201cdon\u2019t be angry,\u201d \u201cdon\u2019t cry,\u201d \u201cdon\u2019t be weird\u201d were the messages \u2014 spoken or not \u2014 that you absorbed as truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And you adapted. You became the nice one. The chill one. The strong one. The self-aware, always-helpful, emotionally intelligent one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that also meant pushing down a whole symphony of feelings. Anger. Grief. Desire. Fear. Things you still kind of judge as messy, embarrassing or unnecessary \u2014 or let\u2019s be honest, dangerous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because deep down, your system still thinks: \u201cIf I show this part of me, I\u2019ll lose love.\u201d And your system is loyal AF. It will protect you from that at all costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So you loop.<br>You stay small. Functional. \u201cFine.\u201d Until even that starts to hurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And here\u2019s the part most people misunderstand: <strong>Your body doesn\u2019t just repress emotions randomly. It does it relationally.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You didn\u2019t suppress your rage, your grief, or your truth because you chose to. You did it because somewhere in your system, it wasn\u2019t safe to feel those things \u2014 <em>in relationship to others.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But here&#8217;s the twist (and what I work with every day): You don\u2019t need those people in the room to heal the imprint they left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>This work happens <em>inside of you<\/em>.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It happens from the inside out &#8211; as you change your inner world, the world around you follows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You speak what was never spoken \u2014 not to the real people, but to their imprint inside you. You give a voice to what got buried. The anger you weren\u2019t allowed to show. The belief that you\u2019re too much. The story that if you\u2019re really seen, you\u2019ll be left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And through this kind of somatic and relational work (done solo, but in connection to those inner figures), your nervous system starts to get the message it never got: it\u2019s safe now. Safe to feel. Safe to be big. Safe to express the things you used to hide \u2014 especially from yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s what I needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not more mindset work or another morning routine. I needed to actually experience \u2014 in my body \u2014 that it\u2019s safe to feel rage. To cry. To say no. To stop overexplaining. To take up space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s not about understanding more. It\u2019s about <em>unlearning fear<\/em> \u2014 through the body. Through feeling. And that\u2019s where the real shifts start happening \u2014 not just in how you feel, but how you live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So if you&#8217;re reading this and thinking: \u201cThis is weirdly specific to my life\u201d \u2014 hi. That\u2019s not a coincidence. Your body brought you here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And maybe, just maybe, it\u2019s ready for a new way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not to be fixed. But to be felt.
