About Me(lissa)
Who I am
I grew up in Copenhagen, travelled extensively and studies at a business school. I have an extremely curious and actionable approach to life that has affected my pursuit in “understanding life”. I have been thorugh numerous cultures and spiritual practices just to come back to being human is quite simple.
I believe everything is energy and we constantly are affected by our environment. However, by dealing with the things inside outselves will inevitable change the outside so that we ultimately become responsible for our own lifes rather than victims for our sorroundings.
I love embodied practices such as dance, yoga, meditation and running but also analytical practices such as work, reading and building structures.

Min Baggrund
I have worked with body therapy, shadow work, inner child healing, energy work such as reiki, somatic facilitating, therapy, and plant medicine. I have spent 8 months in the Amazon in isolation working with plants of different kind. I have studied at a business school in Copenhagen. I have worked with kids, with sales and as a coach. My experience is broad, and I am always learning.
In the end, I see the practices mentioned above not as the solution, but as a mean to reach the goal: being me authentically now in my daily life. Being integrated with my family, friends, at work and still feel authentic. And this comes from the teachings of learning to feel and express my raw emotions.
I have dealt with many challenges, both physical and emotional. I know pain at its core and believe true freedom comes from addressing it and taking ownership. I believe the body is capable of much more than we think. Even though our minds tells us otherwise.
I also believe that my believes are important because they are a part of creating my reality. But the believes are also created from experiences and emotions, and this is how I can help you: to uncover what is right now unconscious.
Hvordan det Foregår
Most people don’t come to me because they don’t know what to do. They come because they keep finding themselves in the same place. The same relationship patterns. The same self-sabotage. The same fear of being seen. The same overthinking. The same feeling of being stuck despite years of self-development, therapy, books, podcasts, and trying harder.
In my experience, the problem is rarely a lack of discipline, confidence, or insight. More often, there is an inner conflict. One part wants intimacy, another wants protection. One part wants visibility, another wants to stay hidden. One part wants change, another is terrified of what that change might bring.
My work begins by identifying the patterns beneath the surface. Together, we look beyond the immediate problem and uncover the deeper dynamics that keep showing up across different areas of your life.
From there, we explore what those patterns are protecting. Because what looks like self-sabotage is often an intelligent strategy developed to avoid something that feels threatening, painful, overwhelming, or unsafe.
Rather than trying to override those protective parts, we become curious about them. Through inquiry and somatic work, we begin to uncover the emotions, needs, impulses, and instincts that have been pushed away, suppressed, or feared.
As those parts become easier to experience and relate to, the internal conflict begins to soften. The patterns lose their grip. New choices become available. Change no longer depends solely on discipline or willpower, but emerges naturally from a deeper sense of integration.
The goal isn not to become someone else. The goal is to stop being controlled by the parts of yourself you have spent a lifetime fighting, avoiding, or trying to fix. Because lasting change doesn’t happen when we win the war against ourselves. It happens when the war ends.
